  • Rauschert – Division: Engineering Ceramics – Application: Pump Technology
    Pump Technology
Our ceramic components withstand high temperatures, aggressive chemicals and high mechanical loads. They perform in quality-critical applications such as the oil and gas industry and food production and help to increase the performance and wear resistance of high-quality pumps. In addition to high-tech products such as containment shells, high-pressure plungers, gears and seal rings, we also have a large standard range of pump components.
  • Rauschert – Division: Engineering Ceramics – Application: Laser Technology
    Laser Technology
Ceramic laser nozzles ensure the stable functionality of various laser systems. We offer a wide range of products, including completely metallised and soldered versions, from a single source. We also manufacture moving ceramic insulation components for the laser head. This makes the use of lubricants unnecessary and eliminates the risk of contamination in the laser channel.
  • Rauschert – Division: Engineering Ceramics – Application: Medical Technology
    Medical Technology
We produce high-precision components for medical devices from certified biocompatible ceramic materials. These include surgical knives, scissors, endoscope components and feedthroughs for pacemakers. We also manufacture miniature components for pumps and valves as well as for demanding medical applications. Our area of expertise also includes diaphragms in analytics and porous ceramics for filtration applications.
  • Rauschert – Division: Engineering Ceramics – Application: Valve and Control Technology
    Valve and Control Technology
Ceramic valve components enable the safe operation of valves under high temperature and pressure loads as well as aggressive media. Thanks to our extensive experience in this field, we can develop application-specific individual solutions for our customers and transfer them to series production. This includes the selection of suitable material pairings.
  • Rauschert – Division: Engineering Ceramics – Application: Measuring and Sensor Technology
    Measuring and Sensor Technology
Our metallised and soldered precision components are used in pressure and vacuum sensors. Our customers receive these composite parts including soldered platinum electrodes as a complete solution, for example for use in flow sensors for liquids. Another focus is on guide elements for mass spectrometers, which are processed in the µm range. We develop thermal protection tubes for high-temperature measurements. Our range also includes wear plates for humidity sensors.
  • Rauschert – Division: Engineering Ceramics – Application: Grinding Technology
    Grinding, mixing and dispersing
Ceramic components can be used to grind and shred materials of all kinds in a targeted manner. In particular, our components are used where they come into contact with the medium (e.g. rotor, stator, shafts) to avoid contamination from metallic abrasion. The use of ceramics also increases the wear resistance of the grinders and you benefit from a longer service life.
  • Rauschert – Division: Engineering Ceramics – Application: Wire Drawing Technology
    Wire Drawing
Wire drawing tools made of zirconium oxide are the key components for the production of high-quality wires. We offer products made of both white and yellow magnesium-stabilised zirconium oxide and offer a wide standard range. We also repair worn drawing tools for you (regrinding or replacing the ceramics). Our range is supplemented by other wire guide elements made from various ceramic materials.
  • Rauschert – Division: Engineering Ceramics – Application: Foundry Technology
    Foundry Technology
Due to their good thermal shock properties, ceramic riser and metering tubes are ideal for conveying molten aluminum in low-pressure casting. Thermal protection tubes made of NSN and aluminum titanate are a cost-effective alternative to the commonly used silicon nitride. We can use innovative coatings to improve the wetting behavior, increase the service life of the components and, above all, reduce the risk of contamination of the molten aluminium.
  • Rauschert – Division: Engineering Ceramics – Application: Machine Technology
    Machine Technology
Have you not discovered your area of application? We also serve various other demanding niche areas in mechanical engineering. Welding technology: gas nozzles, welding centering pins, forming rollers Bearing technology: bearing shells, slide rails, complete slide bearings Printing technology: pressure rollers and plates
