    Thermostat Components
    Our ceramic thermostat components are used to protect electrical appliances at high temperatures and for efficient process control. Our ceramic pins and thermostat housings are mainly used in household appliances with thermal controls. We manufacture these components in large quantities for our customers. Thanks to our hard machining and our in-house developed automatic sorting and high-performance cameras, it is possible to maintain the tightest tolerances required for smooth automatic assembly.

    Valve and Control Technology
    Ceramic valve components enable the safe operation of valves under high temperature and pressure loads, as well as aggressive media. The prerequisites for this are our high-performance materials and high-precision, automated grinding technology with subsequent surface optimization. We also use automation solutions specially designed for our customers to ensure efficient production.

    Pipe Filters
    Ceramic components can be used in filters for pipes, roll-your-own and e-cigarettes. We offer you precisely manufactured components in large quantities and are happy to develop customer-specific designs.

    Ceramic Valve Components
    Whether for standard or customer-specific applications, we manufacture sealing discs from high-purity materials in addition to the usual materials on the market. For complex dosing tasks, such as in laboratory technology and food processing, we also produce sealing discs in small and medium quantities. Rauschert sealing discs are characterized by high quality and guarantee trouble-free function in the application.

    Welding Technology
    For our customers in ship and bridge building, we manufacture ceramic weld pool fuses that are precisely tailored to single-side welding. Our materials, dense or porous, are specially designed for thermal shock resistance. In addition to ceramic components, we also manufacture complete components with mounting on aluminium foils. We offer a broad standard range as well as customised solutions for special requirements.

    Honeycomb Ceramics
    For special small quantity applications, we produce honeycomb bodies with a cell structure of up to 600 csi and diameters or edge lengths of up to 150 mm. In addition to the classic materials, we also have specific special cordierites in our range that are suitable as substrates for coating with catalytically active layers.

    Radiator Panels
    Our radiator panels are ideal for industrial drying systems and decentralized gas heating systems. At Rauschert, we also manufacture very large dimensions of up to 300 mm in diameter, which makes installation much easier for our customers. Thanks to our in-house toolmaking department, we can flexibly realise special geometries according to customer requirements.
