    Consulting and Product Developement
    We analyse your specific application case, taking into account the desired function and all relevant influencing factors such as mechanical stress, temperature, corrosion, and chemical environment. Based on this, we provide advice on suitable materials (coating and substrate) as well as coating-appropriate design optimisations. Our highly qualified development and laboratory team supports you from product development to series production.
  • Rauschert – Division: Coating - Technology: Full coating service
    Full Coating Service
    We offer you a fast and straightforward coating service. We coat components ranging in size from a few millimeters to several meters using our proven processes and then optimise their surfaces. In post-processing, we leverage our extensive expertise and the modern machinery of our ceramic manufacturing facilities, such as precision grinding. This allows us to produce wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and/or electrically insulating coatings with tight tolerances.
  • Rauschert – Division: Coating - Application: Godet Shells
    Godet Shells
    In addition to complete godets, we also repair worn or damaged godet shells. After removing the old coatings and repairing mechanical damage, we apply new functional layers to the godet shell. The surface is then ground, polished, and sealed to achieve a solution tailored to customer requirements and technical specifications. Additionally, we can precisely balance the godet shells to ensure stable operating conditions after the repair. Upon request, we use our own patented balancing system.
  • Rauschert – Division: Coating - Application: Bearing outer rings
    Bearing Outer Rings
    Bearing outer rings are coated to provide electrical insulation (up to 3 kV) and extend the service life of high-quality ball and roller bearings. It is crucial that these coatings remain reliably electrically insulating even under moisture and continuous operation. This is achieved through a specially adapted sealing process.

Within the Rauschert Coating Division, we functionalise and optimise high-quality components for machinery and equipment using thermal spraying techniques, high-precision rework, and sealing technologies. Our tailored coatings significantly extend the lifespan of critical components through their corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Our coatings provide electrical insulation, protection against aggressive media, and serve as potential PFAS replacements or environmentally friendly alternatives to hard chrome plating.
