    DTY Friction Discs Rapaltex®
    DTY With Rapaltex® friction disks, you can maintain high yarn quality for many years without having to replace the disks. These innovative disks extend maintenance intervals and prevent the formation of “snow”. In addition, the production speed can be increased considerably. Thanks to the superior thermal conductivity of our aluminum oxide ceramics compared to conventional PU discs, frictional heat can be efficiently dissipated so that the yarn is not overstressed even at high speeds. Rauschert also offers high-precision guide and blade disks for texturing units as well as 6 mm disks for the production of nylon.Friction Discs Rapaltex®

    DTY Thread Guides
    By using our high-quality ceramic components at all positions in the texturing unit, our ceramic texturing disks also enable the unit to perform to the full potential. High-quality ceramic components are particularly important for the requirements between delivery shaft 1 and 2, where extreme stresses prevail (e.g. high yarn tensions, spun-dyed and recycled yarns). We offer additional key components such as entry yarn guides and twist stoppers. Our specially developed twist stopper not only impresses with its outstanding ceramic quality, but also with its stable, even bearing and effective protection against damage. We also manufacture matching thread guiding elements made of titanium dioxide.

    Chemical Fibre Spinning
    The extremely high process speeds and the low strength of the filaments immediately after extrusion require ceramic components of the highest quality. With our extensive range of ceramic preparation nozzles, we ensure that the filaments are evenly wetted with spinning preparation in exact quantities without damaging the filaments. Our ceramic gear wheels in the spinning pumps achieve uniform and precise delivery of the spinning preparation to the preparation nozzles. In addition, our rotor tips and guide rails enable fast and gentle winding of the filaments, which prevents damage.

    Rotor Spinning Technology
    At the heart of our product range is a comprehensive range of navels for a wide variety of applications. Thanks to sophisticated surface optimisation, excellent and stable yarn qualities can be achieved. We also offer various other ceramic components for rotor spinning machines, such as take-up yarn guides. We supply wear-resistant ceramic shears for winders.

    Air Spinning Technology
    Our innovative technology enables yarns to be spun at very high speeds that can approach the quality of classic ring spinning. This is achieved by combining several of our extremely precisely manufactured ceramic components. Fine, high-precision air holes generate an exactly defined, powerful air flow that causes the filaments to swirl and thus produces outstanding yarn quality.

    To maintain consistently high yarn quality, precise and reliable measurements are essential both during the ongoing process and in the laboratory. Thanks to our specially designed surface finishes on yarn-contacting components, we not only prevent wear on the measurement sensors but also ensure accurate and unaltered measurement results.

    Thread Guides
    We offer customised solutions for a wide variety of yarn guides, especially for demanding applications requiring complex geometries and precisely manufactured surfaces. We are capable of producing everything from complex prototypes to very high volumes.
  • Rauschert - Division: Textile Technology - Godets
    Gadots
    As part of a publicly funded project, we are developing innovative godets characterised by improved surface design and reduced energy consumption. Currently, we offer a range of godets with shell dimensions up to 220x380 mm, rotational speeds of up to 5000 rpm, and operating temperatures of up to 240°C. Additionally, we repair godets for our customers and apply new ceramic surface coatings to them.

Rauschert offers one of the most extensive material ranges in the ceramics industry. We develop and manufacture components from nearly all oxide ceramics, non-oxide ceramics, and silicate ceramics. Our materials are based on proprietary formulations and are processed in our own preparation facilities.

Our global production facilities in Germany, Czech Republic, China, and India enable us to offer a wide range of high-quality parts under competitive conditions and in large quantities. 

Our ceramic components are primarily used in spinning mills and in fiber and yarn production, where the highest demands are placed on fiber quality and process speeds of up to 5000 m/min. The precise execution of our ceramic parts with specially processed surfaces ensures consistently high yarn quality over numerous production cycles. This is achieved through modern, automated manufacturing processes and a quality management system certified according to DIN ISO 9001.

Through collaboration with leading universities and research institutes, we continuously drive innovations in textile technology. This also includes wastewater treatment in dyeing facilities, where the use of ceramic filtration membranes contributes to cost and energy savings.
