Repair Service

Tool and mold construction
With our in-house design, parts manufacturing, and assembly capabilities, we create high-quality, complex tools and molds, particularly for ceramic products. Thanks to our modern machinery, equipped with powerful milling, turning, grinding, and erosion machines, we precisely achieve even the tightest tolerances. Additionally, using the CAD software SolidWorks, we design complex geometries in detailed 3D models.
Multiple drilling systems
With the acquisition of Hugo Jauch, we have integrated the technology of mechanical multi-spindle drilling systems into Rauschert. We not only manufacture new drilling systems but also repair used systems from Steinel, Russ, and Jauch (upon request, we can also service drilling head systems from other manufacturers). Our multi-spindle drilling systems can simultaneously perform up to 48 thread drilling operations in a single step—whether in the production of ceramics, plastics, or metals. By employing these systems in our production processes, we deliver efficiency advantages and attractive terms for our customers.
Used machine trade
Our subsidiary Kaposengineering Kft (Hungary) specialises in the trade of used machinery for the production of technical ceramic products. We actively search worldwide for suitable machines for our customers, evaluate and assess offers, and organise transportation, repairs, CE-compliant modifications, and modernisations up to installation at the customer's site. We also handle the disposal of machines that are no longer needed and are interested in complete asset liquidations in cases of business or department closures.
Product and Process Development
Our engineering department, in collaboration with scientific partners, develops groundbreaking ceramic products and manufacturing processes. Often, we begin by innovating new material technologies (such as alumina fibers). You can learn more about our innovations in this area under the "Materials" section. We are always looking for promising ideas that we can transform into meaningful innovations for our customers.
