After many years in leadership roles in the sales sector of the ceramics industry, I wanted to redirect my career. I was looking for a new challenge that aligned with my experience while providing room for innovation. This led me to my position as Sales Manager for the Engineering Ceramics Division, a key division at Rauschert. The transition allowed me to broaden my professional perspective and help create the ideal working environment for me. This autonomy enables me to approach and implement complex customer projects quickly and creatively.
